Algar is the name you trust

I grew up in a household where it was normal for my dad to miss a concert or be late for dinner. He was at work trying to fix a problem he hadn’t seen coming, or even just tired from working all day on campaigns to make sure there was a steady pipeline of prospects and meetings for the company.

We live in a world where oftentimes a dreamer, a guy trying to give his family a better life, a business owner, has to choose between the two things most precious to them.

My mission, Algar’s mission, is to make sure business owners never have to be given that ultimatum of family or dream.

We will start this mission with the business I grew up alongside, going one industry at a time, learning what makes each one tick, and making those things run a little easier. This can only be accomplished by having a strong emphasis on focus, collaboration, and quality as it pertains to each and every one of our clients.

When it comes to trust, there is nothing that we take more seriously. At Algar, we are not scared to take accountability for our products, services, and promises. So much so that our business model depends on it. There will be times when we have to say no to a project or request, just as we expect there will be times when you say no. That’s okay. Clear communication and accountability are cornerstones of any relationship worth having.

So I am now asking you, our founding cohort, to follow us and guide us in taking these first steps to build a better path for the dreams of people like you, my dad, and the countless others those dreams are worth fighting for.
